Raku Hibachi Sushi & Ramen – Authentic Japanese Dining & Hibachi in Ozark, MO

I have been excited to try Raku since it opened a couple of months ago. We went today for lunch and it was busy but not too busy that we didn’t get seated right away. We ordered the Raku poppers for an appetizer and they were delicious and not spicy from the jalapeños. My husband got the chicken and steak hibachi with noodles. It was a huge portion and the meat was really good but the chicken was the best of the 2. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box and everything in it was very tasty. We both had left overs and are looking forward to eating them later. The service was great and everyone was friendly. They have some grab and go things like musubi and sando that I would love to try some time and we will definitely be back again!

I took my 6 year old here for a girls night and we had a blast. She loved the unique decor and we both enjoyed the crab Rangoon and sushi! The tiramisu is the best here too! The service is also amazing!

I finally got to Ozark to try some food here and it was delicious! I got the Raku Special Salad and let me tell you, it's one of the best salads I've ever had!! It was fresh and vibrant with different textures and ingredients, I would go back just to get this. I also got the sushi lunch combo and had enough to take home! I definitely will be back and I'm hoping they will have the Ube Tiramisu next time!! And I'll have to grab some Sando's to go!

We enjoyed our dinner here. Our first time, and was not used to being seated and then told to come up and order and pay. Wasn’t bad at all, just a little confusing at first. Started with dumplings and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon was amazing. We got a Raku and Crunchy roll. Both were good. Lots of rice. Raman was yummy. The only complaint with the whole meal was the soft boiled egg. Very over cooked. The egg is one of our favorite parts of ramen, so if we had anything to complain about, it would be that. If you want extra sauce, they have a little sauce bar by the drinks. We loved that. We will be back!

Don't walk, RUN to eat at this place. Super friendly, professional service. The inside is very clean and the decor is eclectic, just like a night market in Japan. The real treasure though is the food, everything we ate was absolutely delicious!!! It may seem a little pricey but, there is more than enough for two meals!!! Ozarks new must eat place

It’s one of the most entertaining and satisfying dinners you can have in Ozark. The sushi is equally impressive. Every roll is a piece of art with beautiful presentation and balanced flavors. Their ramen is another winner — warm, comforting, and full of flavor with that perfect broth that makes you want to drink every drop. And you have to try the viral ice cream — it’s super fun, unique, and actually really delicious! The food here is absolutely delicious! From the appetizers to the main dishes, everything exceeded my expectations. The chicken karaage was perfectly crispy, and the hamachi jalapeño had an incredible balance of crunch and spice such a delightful combination! The Bento with three kinds of meat was flavorful and satisfying. The soup was served hot (just the way I like it!), and the broth was rich and comforting. To top it all off, the owner surprised us with a free tiramisu to try—such a thoughtful gesture and a great way to finish the meal! Overall, a fantastic dining experience with amazing food and warm hospitality.
